Ousley Family Funeral and Support Fund

Dear Friends,

As we all know, after a lifetime of service Chap was finally called home by the Creator he so faithfully followed. Many of us have called, sent texts, met personally and/or went to social media to express our grief, to share memories, to check on each other or to simply say hello. We are all part of this wonderful group who has always stood by each other through a common bond. No matter distance, time apart or circumstance.

Due to Chaps heart transplant, there is no life insurance policy to assist with funeral costs. We are asking his extended family to come together in the hopes we can assist Diana with funeral costs and offer any additional monetary assistance. He has been here for all of us, now it's our turn to pick up the staff and carry on his mission to serve others.

1 Peter 5:2-6

2 Be shepherds of God’s flock that is under your care, watching over them—not because you must, but because you are willing, as God wants you to be; not pursuing dishonest gain, but eager to serve; 3 not lording it over those entrusted to you, but being examples to the flock. 4 And when the Chief Shepherd appears, you will receive the crown of glory that will never fade away.

5 In the same way, you who are younger, submit yourselves to your elders. All of you, clothe yourselves with humility toward one another, because,

“God opposes the proud

but shows favor to the humble.”[a]

6 Humble yourselves, therefore, under God’s mighty hand, that he may lift you up in due time.
