Our Vision with Vision

In a blink of an eye, we see people get hit by unexpected accidents and devastating illnesses. Some of us are lucky to have enough in life and are able to take care of ourselves and our families. But on the other hand, there are millions of people of who need our help in situations where the medical bills can become a profound strain upon them. 

Blindness has largerly become a consequence of poverty. There is a potential where avoidable blindness can be eradicated. Our vision with vision is to be able to restore the gift of vision to visiually impaired human beings. 

The idea is to set up camps in areas of need in Delhi, India and collaborate with hopitals and print/radio stations to help spread the word. A lot of other elements would be needed to be incorported in it. In the begining - what we need is an idea of the funding we can get access to for the same.

Give the gift of sight ! 75% of sight loss can be cured or prevented. 
We will carry out eye examinations, operations and treatments free of charge for the under privileged.

Following are a few elements that need to be looked upon at the moment and get funded for - 

Camps (out-house)

-Fully equipped eye care camps complete with a doctor - ophthalmologist, optometrist, councilor, camp manager

-Camp will be placed every alternative day in Delhi periphery areas, suburbs, low socio-economic areas etc

-Camp would have only screening facilities

-All procedures shall be called to the hospital for treatment

-Procedures will be done free of cost for the patients 


Camps (in-house)

-Banners and leaflets, posters etc targeting Delhi periphery, suburbs, low socio-economic areas informing about free eye checkup on a particular day of the week.

-Patients will come to the hospital and get all treatment for free
