My name is Alexis McClellan, and I'm creating this fundraiser on behalf of the Henderson family. I was incredibly blessed to call Roger one of my dearest friends—not only in radio, but in life.

Roger Henderson—or as my husband calls him, our beloved Roger "Rog"—was one of the best human beings this world has ever known. More importantly, he was a man whose life was a living testimony to Jesus. You didn't have to spend much time with Roger to know where his heart was. His love for the Lord and was evident in the way he loved others—with kindness, humility, generosity, joy, and unwavering faith.

Roger's passing was completely unexpected, leaving behind his beautiful wife, Bernadette, and their four precious daughters. While our hearts are shattered we know his greatest legacy lives on through his beautiful family and the lives he touched.

Roger had a way of making everyone feel seen and valued. He was the kindest, gentlest soul, known for his joyful spirit, servant's heart, endless fun facts, trademark radio voice, and the genuine love he shared so freely. As a friend recently said to me, "To know Roger was to love Roger." Nothing could be more true.

His life has reminded so many of us that tomorrow is never promised. Be kind. Love your people. Serve others well. Live with the same joy, faith, and servant's heart that Roger showed us every single day.

Today, we're asking for your help as we come alongside the Henderson family during this incredibly difficult time. Every gift, every prayer, every kind word, and every shared memory is a reminder that they are not walking this journey alone.
