Every day we’re flooded with shocking images and sound clips that leave us angry, frustrated and scared. Like other concerned citizens, we're looking for ways to help change the situation.
We've known for some time that billionaires and corporations exercise way too much power over the “democratic” process, but sometimes we forget that WE the people have the power … WHEN we show up. We can all channel our anger, frustration and pain into protecting our democracy with the tools we have at our disposal.
As songwriters, one of our tools is using music to inspire and encourage people to take action – so we've written this song with our friend and co-writer, Margo Schepart. It’s called “When Billionaires Rule the World.” The title says it all. We're creating a video with our song and hope it will inspire and energize supporters of democracy; and engage newcomers to participate at a grassroots level.

We will be working on the professional version with our wonderful editor, Dimitri LaBarge, in the coming week or so. However, there will be costs associated with this - studio costs, musicians, engineers, editors, photography, etc. And to that end we hope you will be able to contribute to this gofundme. Anything you can donate would be very much appreciated. Stay tuned - the video should be completed in a week or two. We'll post updates.
