Our sweet Ellie (91) has lost everything in Ian

Hi, my name is Susan Southworth from Port Charlotte Floridaand I’m asking for help for my dear friend Eleanor Brunner. Ellie will be 91 this month and she has just lost everything in Hurricane Ian. She has no insurance because it was too expensive for her. Ian destroyed her home and everything in it. It also blew out the rear window of her car so she has no transportation. She is staying with her son (who is recovering from recent surgery) in his RV. Everyone who knows Ellie loves her. She’s a feisty lady that could never be held down. Until now. She’s scared and heartsick. It’s very difficult to get her to accept any help though we are doing our best. She is also devastated about the loss of her two kitties whom she loves like children. Please find it in your heart to help Ellie get back on her feet. Any donation, no matter how small will be so appreciated by this wonderful lady. Who is always “at a loss for words” whenever someone offers to help her. The donations will fix her car, buy her clothing and personal and household items and help her to set up a new living arrangement. Thank you so much.
