Our sister, auntie, daughter and friend, Miki Kindaichi, was diagnosed with squamous cell cancer in 2021 at 40 years old, and she has been fighting since then - fighting with style, swag, humor, and Bronx charm. She has undergone surgeries, rounds of radiation, and chemotherapy at Memorial Sloan Kettering. Miki always remembers each staff person's name, and is the first person to uplift her neighbors in treatment. Yet, Miki's cancer is aggressive, and continues to spread.
Miki is loving and warm, and very private about this part of her life. She knows and appreciates how many people want to support her, though might not know how to show it. Through this Go Fund Me page, she welcomes your support, even if it is just financial. This can help her address expenses, such as treatment and medical care. More importantly, it is a means for people who love Miki to be in her corner.
With deep appreciation, thank you for all of the love you give our Miki.
