Our stupid fat dog needs a second surgery

I normally think this is super tacky, and I hate it, but this is ridiculous. I love this dog so much, but he is such a massive idiot. He had to have surgery earlier this week to remove a sock that he swallowed, and then somehow, even on extremely restricted access, managed to find something else to swallow and has a second impaction. I know I should let him die because it's what Darwin would have wanted, but unfortunately he's the best dog I've ever had in my whole life, and I love him so much. This is a desperate attempt to help mitigate the cost of the second surgery, that we are going to do regardless, even though I know we shouldn't.
