Our son’s nanny

Hi! My name is Christiana and my family is raising money for our son’s nanny, who is battling breast cancer. We are keeping her name confidential to maintain her privacy, but allow me to share a little bit about her.

When we first met her, our toddler son instantly gravitated toward her. My husband and I nicknamed her “a real life Mary Poppins.” She is always singing to our son, planning activities for him, and is ultimately invested in his development. It is so very rare and special to find someone who is caring for your small child and possesses these traits. She exudes warmth, genuine kindness, and a true sincerity in caring for others. We are heartbroken to learn that a recent scan showed signs that her cancer has spread. The world needs more people like her - kind, good natured, and genuine.
