My name is Sherry Bergeron, and I am the mother of a wonderful son, Stephen Davis. We received an urgent call Monday morning, April 25th, that changed our lives forever. Stephen collapsed with a seizure, hit his face/head on the bathtub, and wasn't breathing. An ambulance was called and transported him to the hospital, where they pronounced his passing at 9:36 am. The cause of death is still undetermined at this time. They had to run me out of the hospital room for the Medical Examiner to be able to transport his body. I never thought I would be one of those people to scream and cry hysterically; however, I was. NO parent should ever have to plan their child's funeral... pick out an Urn, Caskets, Flowers, Dates... those are not everyday items you'd ever want for anyone to deal with. I should never have had to use the words: funeral planning, obituary, or autopsy for my son. Stephen was one of the kindest people in the world and such a giving and caring person. He never met a stranger and is loved by all!! This week has been a complete blur... I am numb and still in shock. The entire family is still in shock!!! WHY WHY... Why did he have to leave me??? Our whole world has been turned upside down.
These funds will be used for funeral and any unexpected expenses .
