Ericka Bozzi ( Bozzi -Gomez /or Ericka Gomez-Tejeda) our sister organizer needs our help. Ericka worked with NY ACORN, WFP and then went on to 32BJ. Recently, in Florida, she and her wife Jackie helped found an amazing organization called Hablamos Espanol. (as we all know, it's important to be organizing in Florida). A month ago Ericka's wife Jackie was diagnosed with a rare aggresive non-Hodgkins lymphoma. She has been in hospitals 30 days and unexpectedly lost her insurance. Ericka hasn't been able to work full time as she was/is caring for Jackie. Jackie can be successfully treated, but has to go to Tampa for the RX. (they live in Orlando). They have used their savings up to pay for hotels, travel and a lot of medical expenses. They will need $10,000 a month for 6 months for Jackie to get this lifesaving RX. Let's help Jackie get the treatment she needs and support our sister Ericka. I kicked it off with a $1,500 donation.
