Support the Frozen Performing Arts
The 2020/2021 school year has been like no other for anyone. Our children have missed everything from family gatherings to graduations and everything you can think of in between. By now, most children are back into school in a hybrid format and sports teams are even playing! But, the arts have unfortunately not been given the opportunity to be “normal.” So many of our children are craving the ability to be able to sing, act, play their instruments and perform but have not been able to return to the stage.
So, the stage was brought to our children! This year our children will be performing the virtual musical, Frozen Jr.! Our children have been working tirelessly for hours online for weeks learning their songs, their lines and their stage directions from their bedrooms. Soon, one by one they will be performing on a green screen to record their parts and at the end they will wait weeks for the final production to be put together like a movie. Our children have taken something so out of this world and made it extraordinarily, ordinary. They are truly stars.
But now we need help getting all of their hard work seen. Due to the way last school year ended and how this one began fundraising has been near impossible. We know asking for a donation during unprecedented times is tough, but these children deserve the show to go on. We need help paying for costumes, lighting, sound, set design, stage crew, props, editing and tons of little odds and ends. Help us give our children the experience that they have worked so hard to create.
Any donation will go directly to the play to help the costs that have been accrued. We are all so thankful for anything and everything you can help us raise. Thank you so much for seeing the value in giving our children the magic of the performing arts!
