'Our' Rachel's funeral and celebration of life
Donation protected
We're all blessed to be a part of such a tight-knit group of friends, friends that have become family over many years of investment.
We recently lost one of our larger than life characters, somebody who was part of our scootering family and part of many other people's lives from her time at the Post Office. She was dear to the hearts of many and had hundreds of best friends!
Rachel Bradshaw was one of us and somebody, many of us, have known for the best part of 30 years (or more). Rachel was a girl surrounded by laughter, wine, fags and chaos, and that chaos has unsurprisingly carried over into her untimely death.
Since she passed away at her home in Chesterfield recently, we've been flooded with offers of help from other friends, scooter clubs and individuals and we thank you for your kindness, very humbling. Hopefully, anybody who wants to donate can do so through this page. All funds will go directly towards paying for her funeral and a celebration of her life to be held afterwards.
If we raise more than is needed (£4500-5000) to cover the costs, the cash will go to a chosen charity.
Thank you for your generosity and please feel free to share this page
This page was created by friends of Rachel and is managed by Iggy
Donations will be withdrawn to my (Iggy's) personal bank account (a few of us are already spending our own money to arrange the funeral).
Your kind donations will be used to pay for the funeral and wake. Any money left over after the wake will be given to a nominated charity in her local area.
