Our puppy needs a operation for a shunted liver

Hello to everyone looking, meet Oreo a beautiful sweet 6 month puppy who was diagnosed with a shunted liver and his life depends on a operation for him to survive. He is a sweet, caring, loving family pet of a autistic little boy who is completely broken hearted about this outcome and often can struggle with why his puppy isnt like other puppies and why does his puppy have to be the ill, unfortunately he doesn't understand why Oreo is poorly. A shunted liver is a birth defect on which his breeder and myself didnt realise he had and after extensive tests and hundreds of pounds later he was diagnosed. unfortunately with out this operation his health will deteriorate, he already wont keep weight on, he can have confused moments which can cause him to wonder and bump into things or climb them which has already resulted on him damaging his paws,is tired and tends to sleep most the time, he doesnt have the energy of a puppy or acts like one , he is currently on a lot of medication to help prolong his life until we can afford the surgery.
