Kaweah came into our family as a rescue from a shelter in Lancaster and the first few weeks of her life were scary and traumatic. However, even with her difficult beginning to life, she is the most precious, affectionate, playful, adorable and loving being imaginable. Our hearts overflow with gratitude for her in our lives. She has brought us nothing but extraordinary joy and we can't imagine life without this special angel spirit!
Unfortunately she recently ate something that became lodged in her small intestine and all medicial efforts to move it through have failed and now she requires surgery to remove it this afternoon.
We deeply appreciate any contributions to help support her medical financial expenses for her surgery, care and recovery. Any money above and beyond the intended goal would be donated to animal protection and rescue.
