At Churis Bread, our oven isn’t just equipment — it’s the heart of our bakery. Every loaf of our long-fermented sourdough, every croissant, every comforting bite starts right there.

Recently, that heart stopped. Our main oven broke down unexpectedly, and the repair costs are beyond what we can afford right now. Without it, we can’t produce most of what our community loves — and what keeps our business running.

We’ve always believed in real food, made slowly, with love and integrity. And we've poured everything into making this dream a reality. But right now, we need help.
