Our New Restaurant Launch

 

Hi, I am Sean Kaiser. I am a 30 veteran of the hospitality industry. I served on the Executive Committee of the Colorado Restaurant Association Board of Directors, and I am a past Chair for the Westminster Chamber of Commerce, and Jefferson County Business and Education Alliance. My wife and I love our community and have worked hard in this industry to manage successful restaurants for over 2 decades. Many restaurants and bars have struggled in the past to provide nurturing and safe environments where employees can be free of bullying, harassment, lack of advancement opportunities, paid time off, and little to no healthcare or mental wellness resources.

We are going to change that while providing the best in quality food, hospitality, and entertainment in northwest Denver. We have the opportunity to lease the space formerly known as LODO's Bar and Grill and transform it into a spectacular restaurant and sports bar with phenomenal rooftop patio views and state-of-the-art technology.

This location has historically produced over $5million per year in revenues. The demographics, traffic counts, and surrounding businesses are ideal for a higher-caliber restaurant and sports bar, that can also produce catering, delivery, and takeout options.
