**Help Us Save Our Mum's Beloved Florist Shop**

If you knew our mum, you’d know she is the kindest, sweetest, most loving, and selfless person you will ever meet. She always puts others before herself and will go to any lengths to help those around her. As an amazing mum and grandmother, her love and dedication are unparalleled.

However, she would have to be truly desperate to ask for help, not wanting to be a burden on anyone. That's why we're reaching out on her behalf. When she finds out we’ve done this, she’ll be mortified, but we’d rather that than see her lose everything she has worked so hard to build.

In two weeks, our mum is facing her sixth heart surgery in two years, following an allergic reaction to the Pfizer Covid vaccine. This surgery is crucial and comes with a heavy emotional and financial burden.

Our mum owns a small florist shop that is the pride of her life. It opened just five days before the national lockdown, and she fought tirelessly to keep it open during the pandemic. She faced numerous challenges, including losing her own home when a builder went into liquidation. Despite her personal losses, she continued to prioritise her shop and staff, ensuring they kept their jobs even when it meant sacrificing her own comfort.

Since Covid, the challenges have only grown. With the rising cost of living and her ongoing health battles, keeping the shop afloat has been increasingly difficult. Now, with the upcoming surgery, the shop will need to close for a couple of weeks. During this time, there will be no income to cover overheads, bills, and the mounting medical expenses.

The potential closure of her shop is devastating not just for her but for the entire community. Her shop is a beacon of joy, a place where everyone, including local children and even dogs, finds happiness. Losing it would break her heart and be a tremendous loss to the community she loves and serves.
