Our sweet angel Melina was taken away from us too soon. She was about to turn 2years on May 8th. Our baby has been a huge warrior the day she was born, she had a heart condition that required multiple heavy surgeries. Our meli was such a bright and lovable little soul. Last night, April 13 she had a seizure and was not responsive. We arrived at the hospital and still no response from her little heart and passed away so sudden. We ask for any type of help your families can provide so we can put our baby girl to Rest In Peace and be with the other little angels up in heaven.
