Hi, my name is Ramil(Bong) Garcia, and I’am fundraising for a dear friend’s fur baby and our little guardian angel in the house named Zuki. I’am trying to raise funds to use for her medical bills (for her ongoing health issues and anticipated skin surgeries) that cannot being afford anymore by her providers. Currently Jose is in a tight position and I ‘am too not in the best situation to make this happen as we all going through life issues and tough situations. This is important to us.. as you know her, she’s getting in her prime ‘old’ and starting to bombard her with pesky health issues that cannot be ignored, she doesn’t need to suffer, all these 16 years, she’s been our breath of fresh air, our stress reliever, my only joy and strength these past few years, the one who saved me from the house fire, Jose’s little buboo, our little angel…
it’s like our own little baby, an important family member of our household, normally I wouldn’t do this, just feels awkward, but real LOVE, I’ve learned you can step out of your comfort zone very easy for someone you truly love, after all she has given us already more than millions.. her ‘unconditional love’ day-in and day-out for 16 years straight, imagine that, that’s what love is all about!!

(UPDATES: [03/30/26]: ZUKi - She was seen today by her vet, did some X-ray(2views), gen. Exam, blood works/panel(T BF;T4;SDMA & U/A, Triz-Chlor Flush, Tacrol Eye proc, ATB/Cytopoint shots, biopsy (skin spec.) pre surgery, and take home meds. Her surgery is scheduled in two days(Wed.) for the removal of skin tumors on her L foot, R cheek and L ear (under gen. anesthesia).

——— We’re here now at the clinic for Zuki’s procedures/surgeries, they’re getting her ready(prepping), praying all will goes well, hugs and kisses baby ‘Booboo’…

(UPDATE : 04/02/26) —
Zuki’s home now, recuperating post surgery, she has tolerated the procedure well, still a little bit drowsy from the anesthesia, she’s able to sip some fluids and ate some soft liquify ( protein and fiber rich ) food now, still very fragile, she just sleeps and in her bed most of the time, able to walk with supervision(gait unsteady at times), kept hydrated and comfortable, puppy steps for now but has good demeanor of full and anticipated recovery. She will have a follow-up appointment in a few days(bandage change, etc.), we’re still waiting for her biopsy results, lab results panel looks good despite her old age and being just a little chunky. She’s on ATB for the wounds and UTI.

Overall, she’s doing great, she eats good, drinks plenty, we were at the vet clinic last Thursday, vet removed the bandage and checked the surgery sites, no complications found, and signs of healing observed. We will be back in a week for the vet to remove the sutures, we also received the results of the biopsies, all sites is benign but one location, though is malignant, per the vet, a kind that is not spreading but ‘can’ and has the possibility to re-occur again… hopeful and wishful it won’t come back again..
