Our Lady and St Patrick Primary School & BMP Marathon

6 of our staff members have decided to run the Belfast Marathon to raise much needed school funds. While the government continue to make cuts to school budgets, our ability to upgrade our current facilities and improve classroom resources is significantly reduced. As a school we pride ourselves on our ability to offer high quality provision in our mainstream school, Irish medium unit and our learning support centres, as well as our ability to provide a plethora of extracurricular activities and wraparound care from Monday to Friday. Therefore, we are not willing to reduce the quality of our care regardless of budgetary constraints.

By taking part in the Belfast City Marathon, we are hoping to raise enough money so that this high quality provision can continue for the benefit of both our pupils, families and staff. Any donation, little or large, will be greatly appreciated.

Ba mhaith leo cur le háiseanna na scoileanna sna laetha seo nuair nach bhfuil go leor airgid ag teacht chuig scoileanna ón Rialtas. Tá bród orainn go dtugtar cúram, clubanna agus gníomhachtaí den chéad scoth do pháistí s'againn agus ba bhreá linn leanstan mar seo leis an airgead a thógtar fríd an éacht seo.
