Kitten season’s early arrival 6 weeks ago truly caught us off guard … so we urgently need your help. We have recently taken in many sick kittens, including 4 with Feline Infectious Peritonitis (FIP)– which until fairly recently was a “death sentence” - but now there is a successful treatment available for this virus but the medication alone costs approx $3,500 per cat!

Due to the unprecedented number of kittens and cats in the shelter awaiting their adoptive homes, our spay/neuter bills, ongoing vet care bills and daily essential costs – from food, litter and supplies to gas and hydro -- have been overwhelming.
