Dearest family, friends, and anyone who may come across our story,
For over five years, we have been navigating the quiet heartbreak of infertility.
When we got married in 2020, our hearts were full of love and excitement for the life ahead of us. We believed, as many couples do, that starting a family would happen naturally and that there was no need to rush it.
But as the months and years passed without good news, patience slowly turned into concern. After three years of trying with no success, we began seeking answers.
What followed were countless doctor’s appointments, extensive testing, difficult conversations, and even corrective surgery. In the end, we received the devastating news that conceiving naturally is unlikely for us.
This is not an easy topic to discuss. It’s even harder to express how we felt being told by medical professionals that starting a family together, something we knew we wanted since the moment we got married, would not be simple.
It was explained to us that due to our medical condition, IVF may be our only opportunity to have a child.
Unfortunately, our health insurance does not cover fertility treatments, which means we will be paying for IVF entirely out of pocket. We know this is a significant goal; IVF is incredibly costly. We’ve saved as much as possible in preparation for this, and considered many options, but ultimately we’ve come to realize this is not an expense we can bear on our own.
Please know there is absolutely no pressure to give. We understand that so many are facing their own challenges. Sharing our page, following along, sending love, or keeping us in your thoughts means more to us than we can express.
Thank you so very much for offering your support and time ♥️ It has not been easy for us to bring ourselves to ask for support. We hope to keep everyone updated as we continue our journey, and hope to share amazing news with you at the end of it all ✨
