Running for Baby Olivia | Supporting DiGeorge Families

Hi I’m Emily and my beautiful baby cousin Olivia was born with DiGeorge syndrome, and in her short life, she has already shown more strength than many of us will ever know. She spent weeks in Great Ormond Street Hospital to have her thymus surgery, fighting bravely every single day and still smiling and laughing the whole way.

This April, me and my sister are running the London Marathon to raise funds for Max Appeal, a charity that supports families like ours living with DiGeorge syndrome. They help children like Olivia get the care, equipment, and support they need to live their lives to the fullest

Every step I take will be for Olivia and every child who has to spend their precious baby days in hospital fighting to simply be here. If you can, please donate to help us support Max Appeal’s vital work, so no family has to face this journey alone.
