Saturday Nov 11th Jacqueline had an aortic dissection.

She had a serious open heart surgery that affected her kidneys and brain. She suffered a bilateral stroke during that time. She was transferred to a critical care facility in hopes that she would continue on the road to healing but unfortunately at this time she has been transferred back to Tulsa to St Francis. After what seemed a miracle from God Jacqueline was able to become conscious enough to make known  her wishes . She has decided to go the hospice route. So at this time family are prayerfully asking for your continued prayers for her precious boys Hendrix 7 and Blaine 8. If you are able and can donate anything at this most difficult time to help to defray the cost of her memorial expenses the family would be so very grateful.
