My fiancé Kolby and I scrambled to buy our first property weeks before our first child was born. We found a great deal on a condo that was slightly under what we were able to pay. 10 months down the road our HOA board puts up a vote for a complete renovation to the tune of 90K per unit. The community voted in favor of the renovations. We are now forced to pay 90K that we simply do not have. The property management is expecting 46K by December, 10th 2022. At this point they will put a lien on our property and we will likely go bankrupt. I have allocated half of the funds to keep us from getting a lien and ultimately foreclosure, but we desperately need the 23K to keep from going down this dark path. Anything helps. I hate asking for money more than anything, but I simply don’t know what else to do at this point. Thank you.
