Onondaga Nation Vol. Fire Dept. Our Hero L.B

On 6/3/2025 One of our Onondaga Nation Vol. Fire Department members Assistant Chief L.B Lawrence Burk suffered Brutal injuries while responding to a patrol call. He was rushed to the ICU for treatment and has a long road of recovery ahead.

LB of the Mohawk Nation Wolf Clan, Retired from local 158 operating engineers has served as a Private First Class U.S Marine corps continues his service to protect his people. 27 years in the Vol. fire department and first responders. He is a hero, leader, husband, father and friend. Respected and admired for his skill, dedication and fairness. He has an unwavering ability to maintain peace as a Peace Officer of 20 years serving the Onondaga Nation and surrounding communities.

Funds collected will go directly to LB and his family. There is no set goal. Anything you are able to contribute is greatly appreciated. Nyaweñha beneficiary is his Daughter Elsye Burk.
