Final Journey Home: Please join us in supporting our friends, Joary Borges & Lysandra Agosto with the passing of their grandmother Milagros “Mily” Valentin 07/05/37-05/07/25.

We come to you with heavy hearts to honor the life and legacy of our beloved grandmother, Milagros Valentin. She was the quiet strength of our family, the kind of woman who gave everything of herself without ever asking for anything in return.

Milagros spent her entire life taking care of others. She raised her children, raised her grandchildren Joary & Lysandra, and even had the joy of loving her great-grandchildren. Every meal she cooked, every prayer she whispered, every sacrifice she made she did it all in silence, with grace and humility. She never asked for recognition. She never threw her sacrifices in anyone’s face. She simply loved us and carried us through life the best way she knew how, with love.

Now, as we prepare to say goodbye, we want to give her the kind of farewell she truly deserves. We’re asking for support to help cover funeral, memorial expenses, unexpected expenses (to get her home) for something that will honor the dignity and care she gave all of us throughout her life and bring her back home to Bronx, NY from Florida to be with her daughter (Sandra who was also laid to rest so many years ago).
