Our Hearts for Sri Lanka – Helping People and Helpless Animals Rebuild Their Lives

Every contribution — big or small — is a powerful reminder that humanity still stands together.

Because of you, families who lost everything can begin rebuilding their lives.

Because of you, innocent animals who have no voice will receive care, food, and safety.

Because of you, hope is returning where it was almost lost.

Sri Lanka has been struck by one of the most devastating natural disasters in recent history. Thousands of families have lost their homes, their belongings, and everything they worked for. Many are safe now but they are standing in front of the rubble of their old lives, wondering how to start again from zero.

And it is not only people who are affected.

Thousands of animals street dogs, cats, cattle, and wildlife are hungry, injured, displaced, and left without protection. These silent victims have no shelter, no food, and no one to care for them.

That is why this fundraiser was created To help both families and innocent animals rebuild their lives after losing everything.

Why This Fundraiser Matters

Many people want to help but don’t know how. This fundraiser gives everyone a trusted, safe, and transparent way to support those who need help the most right now.

Where Your Donation Will Go

Every dollar will be used responsibly and transparently to support

Official government disaster recovery programs

Animal rescue and care organisations, especially for street animals with no support

Essential rebuilding items such as bedding, clothing, school supplies, household necessities, and other items families urgently need

Food, medical treatment, and temporary shelter for injured or displaced animals

Your support helps people and animals take their first steps toward rebuilding their lives.

Every Dollar Counts — Truly

Some people hesitate because they think $5 or $10 is “not enough.”

But in moments like this:

$5 can help provide essentials for a person or an animal

$10 can contribute toward rebuilding basic living needs

Small kindnesses, when combined, create big change.

Your donation — no matter the amount — goes a long way.
