Our Dearly Beloved "The Definitive"

Hi, My name is Negrita Mccollum-Johnson. I am the late wife of Gregory Jermaine Johnson Sr. I am raising funds to help with his funeral cost and other expenses needed to complete the funeral arrangements i am putting together for him.

Jermaine was taken off this world to soon. I met him on facebook back i believe it was 2013 and had a conversation with him about how he could not sleep.

Well i didnt know that such a conversation about me helping him sleep turned into me getting into a relationship with him. As skeptical as i was i was able to jump on a plane to finally meet him. Feb 18 - Feb 23 was our anniversary week. Yes we didnt have one day we were very much different we had a whole week. I knew that he was something very special then. He had showed me alot of things i didn't know. He was an original one. So he made a leap of faith and moved to New jersey to be with me.

I knew he was the one when i introduced him to my mom and she called him JJ. I was shocked. I thought she was going to call him that BOY. Once i got the approval from my mom i knew i was good.

As the years grew on us we became the unstoppable poetry couple that everyone knew us by, and then we became a family.

Then we became a family. He gave me my first daughter. Destiny-Faith Johnson. I said that once i got with someone that would make me happy i would give them a kid and i did. My family was complete.

2 years later i was blessed again. I had another bundle of joy and thats when Dvine-Reign was born.

See this man was not only a protector but he was a loving father and a great husband.

Later on down the line as more years passed jermaine got sick. Once i knew that i did what any wife would do and that was get life insurance on him. Well i thought everything was great until we got a letter back and said that we was getting a refund and he didnt get the policy. I didnt fret i just went about my day. I thought to myself i would find out how i could get this back at a later date and then we would be covered.

Well jermaine got sicker and time had flew and i had forgot to put the life insurance back on him. So we are going to fast forward to current time.

He got sicker and i still loved him. At this point there was nothing i could do but love him and i did.

Jermaine passed away on 10.05.21 at 12:13am. It was a shocker not only to me but to his whole family and everyone that knew us. So i am raising this money to help with his funeral cost. He was always helpful to others please see if in your hearts to help me bury not only a friend but a father, brother, son, uncle, cousin and husband.

He was always a family man always helping them with whatever it was as you can see. He was a great supporter and i am asking for all of you to help me send him off properly.

These funds are needed as soon as possible so that we can send him off and so that we can all process this and celebrate the life of a great warrior. His legacy will live on through his older and younger children.

I will forever miss him and love him dearly and with that being said please help us a much as possible. I will be in charge of everything and make sure things are distributed accordly.
