Our grandpup Cooper needs surgery

Hi everyone!
This weekend, our grandpup Cooper tore his ACL and needs surgery. Cooper is just over a year old and wants to be able to run and play again with Jake and his cousins.
He doesn't have pet insurance to cover the $5600 cost. Ron and I hope to raise a little money to help cover some of the costs.
