Our grandmother in Venezuela needs our help!

Hello everyone, my name is Claret Alcala Collins and I come to you with great hope in my heart that you will take a moment to read the following statement. My grandma, who is currently in my homeland, Venezuela, needs our help.
My grandma’s name is Ligia and she’s the best mother and grandmother anyone could ever ask for. She has always supported each and every one of her children and grandchildren and has been there for us in our highs and lows, but now it’s time we do the same for her. A week ago, our abuela felt sick to her stomach, started vomiting, and turned yellow. She was immediately taken to the doctor and diagnosed with a bile duct obstruction caused by gallstones. After several tests and treatment with antibiotics, her doctors decided to operate on her for Acute Cholecystitis, which after the surgery, required to confine her to intensive care.
Fortunately, my grandmother came out well with the two procedures that were performed on her; both the obstruction and her gallbladder were removed. The insurance only covered part of the expenses and for this reason, and due to Venezuela's skyrocketing hyperinflation, it's hard for my family to pay for the rest. We come to you to ask you with all our heart to help us with whatever you can to finish covering my grandmother's hospitalization and surgery expenses. Thank you so much, and God bless you.

Hola a todos, mi nombre es Claret Alcala Collins y vengo a ustedes con una gran esperanza en mi corazón de que se tomen un momento para leer el siguiente comunicado. Mi abuela, que actualmente se encuentra en mi tierra natal, Venezuela, necesita nuestra ayuda.
El nombre de mi abuela es Ligia y es la mejor madre y abuela que alguien podría pedir. Ella siempre ha apoyado a todos y cada uno de sus hijos y nietos y ha estado ahí para nosotros en nuestros altibajos, pero ahora es el momento de que hagamos lo mismo por ella. Hace una semana, nuestra abuela se sintió mal del estómago, comenzó a vomitar y se puso amarilla. La llevaron de inmediato al médico y le diagnosticaron una obstrucción del conducto biliar causada por cálculos en la vesícula. Luego de varias pruebas y tratamiento con antibióticos, sus médicos decidieron operarla por colecistitis aguda, que luego de la cirugía requirió confinarla a cuidados intensivos.
Afortunadamente, mi abuela salió bien con los dos procedimientos que se le realizaron; se extirparon tanto la obstrucción como la vesícula biliar. El seguro solo cubría parte de los gastos y debido a la hiperinflación vertiginosa que vive Venezuela, venimos a ustedes para pedirles de todo corazón que nos ayuden con lo que puedan para terminar de cubrir los gastos de hospitalización y cirugía de mi abuela.
