Our Girl Susie

Hello Everyone, my name is Susie Belfiore and I'd like to share a little bit about my journey this past year.  I don't know how many of my friends really actually know, but about a year ago I was diagnosed with Metastasis Melanoma Cancer. I had a baseball size tumor in my armpit, and various other spots on my body. By careful and skillful guidance from Granton Ruggerri and his team, we have been keeping this stuff at bay. Recently, we found a spot on the left side of my brain that is the size of a walnut. I do have another tumor again in my armpit as well. The funny thing is, between me and God, WE GOT THIS COVERED (of course with a little help from our outstanding neurological, oncologist teams, and the outpouring of love, support, and positive vibes, I feel incredibly blessed everyday by the love of family and friends that God has blessed me with). My problem is the final thing... I hate asking anyone for help. I can do it on my own. I don't want to burden anyone. I only like to help people. I guess there comes a time in one's life where you can't handle it all on your own and you have to humble yourself and ask friends for help. I guess I finally reached that point and actually need a little help from friends. The hard part... if anyone has a dime to spare to get me going and get my financial life back on track, what a relief that would be. Time to add money in my mason jar, and get my life back to normal again. If by chance you don't have any monetarily gifts to give, that's truly okay. I still truly am thankful for you as a friend in my life, because yes you need money to do stuff in this world, but having people who love you and are there for you are truly the only thing that makes this world worth living!!! The surgery to remove my brain tumor is tomorrow, and I am asking you all for prayers! Thank you!! God bless you!!! PS- my sister told me when I go for chemo, to picture that medicine eating up those cancer cells like the game PAC man! CHOMP CHOMP! Okay PAC man, I'm ready for you!  Let's eat this s*** up!!! PAC MAN STYLE...
