Our gentle giant Guilli needs your help and generosity!
My cousin Lorena is married to a wonderful man, with a beautiful soul.
Guilli Zimmatore is not only a dedicated husband and father but he is also a loving son, brother and the most genuine, loyal and amazing friend to all that know him.
Guilli has been diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma, a form of blood cancer that develops from plasma cells in the bone marrow. The symptoms are excruciating bone pain, frequent infections, shortness of breath and both heart and kidney problems to name a few. These symptoms prevent him from working as he has very little to no mobility. Guilli is in urgent need of treatment. He struggles with pain caused by the symptoms on a daily basis. He is a school teacher and has been unable to work for the last seven weeks due to the symptoms of this debilitating disease.
At this stage we are unsure of what will and won’t be covered by Medicare. Our pledge is to raise funds for not only treatment but the every day costs of living and medication that aren’t covered. His beautiful wife Lorena is working very hard to keep them afloat which means there is not always someone with him at home to take care of his needs.
This family has had a rough few months, they are truly selfless and always helping those that need a hand without asking for anything in return. Guilli is an amazing teacher moulding children’s lives and minds and is sincerely missed by his colleagues and students.
No matter how big or small your donation, we will appreciate it from the bottom of our hearts, this would make a huge impact on their current situation, and will ease their financial stress to make way for the constant medical attention and treatment he needs.
