Anuradha’s road to recovery is steep but possible. Friends who know her can vouch for her “never give up” spirit. Almost 24 months after multiple surgeries for brain haemorrhage, she is now undergoing therapy for every part of her body along with her speech. She is determined but it’s in all our hands to help her financially to return to normal life. Her current medical treatment expenses are about *1.75 Lakhs per month* and this will have to continue for atleast 1.5-2 years. Every bit of your support will be required to get her back to that “bubbly and cheerful” Anuradha we all know.

My name is Shaila Bhide and I am raising funds for my daughter, Anuradha Bhide-Chitnis who suffered from Brain haemorrhage in January 2023 and underwent treatment at Deenanath Mangeshkar Hospital, Pune. She is currently at her residence undergoing critical home care setting under supervision of her neurosurgeon and medicine doctor. She is bed ridden, partially conscious and slight recovery is observed but needs neuro treatment for next 18 months (1 and 1/2 year ) as half of her body is paralyzed due to the brain injury. My daughter used to work in an IT organization and while being her best at work, she is a strong pillar of support to all of us. She is passionate, empathetic and used to be every enthusiastic about life before this unfortunate incident. According to the doctor and the neuro physiotherapist, she will at least take a year and a half to begin doing things on her own. Our family has done all it can to raise the amount required for the treatment but around Rs.30,00,000 (approximately Rs. 2,00,000 per month) more are required for all the medical expenses, mainly nursing (neuro nurse) and neuro physiotherapy.

As the amount required is huge, I request you to kindly contribute towards the treatment to help her fight this battle so that we can help her recover and she can get back to achieving her goals and dreams that are on a stand still and at least hope to live a complete life.
