My name is Ryan Moore and am here for our friend Josh Parker.

I met Josh in 1997 while at Sheppard AFB, TX attending our Air Force Technical School. We were both assigned to paint a house on base for getting into some trouble. Josh was pretty good at it.. (I mean getting into trouble.. He was horrible at painting houses) We ended up getting the same set of orders and being stationed at Grand Forks AFB together in the same Dormitory. Josh was 4 doors down on the same floor. I was 18 and he was 20. People will always come in and out of our lives. Some stick and others don't. Josh stuck- and I am forever grateful for that.

Josh was a giver... That is just who he was. He always worried about the well being of those he loved and never asked for anything in return. He was honest, hard working, and never compromising in his morality. Josh was the best example of what I believe we should all strive to be.

Our friend Josh passed away recently. Some of you have reached out and asked me how you can help . I personally have struggled with this, and believe helping to ease the financial burden of laying someone to rest would be the best thing I or anyone can do. If you would like to help, I am asking for donations to help cover the costs of Josh's funeral. Anything not needed will go to Josh's daughter Emily.
