3 weeks ago our dear friend Jaime Bravo began feeling abdominal pain and went to a clinic. He was diagnosed with an infection and went home with antibiotics. He kept feeling the discomfort that continued to worsen.
He waited for two weeks to see if the antibiotics would work. They did not, and when he got bloodwork done and it was then discovered his appendix had burst.
He went into emergency surgery that lasted 6 hours, where they discovered he also had a perforated colon. He has had complications and is continuing to recover. He is the only income for his family and is having to pay all medical expenses out-of-pocket. He will need funds now to pay the hospital and also his bills.
