Our friend Fred Wright needs a hand.
I’m sharing this go fund me fundraiser request form my friend Fred. Fred Wright has hit a rough patch during the coronavirus pandemic, and he wants to be truthful about mental illness, a subject people do not want to talk about. After trying for 4 months with the help of a counselor and a psychiatrist to manage the widely spread post coronavirus depression on his own, it became imperative for his safety and well-being to seek in-patient treatment for depression which lasted 28 days.
Fred has led a life that has had its share of stresses as a single dad to a 19-year-old daughter and now he needs a hand up. He is not standing still. It is that determination that I respect so much about him.
Many of us know that Fred has always been there for his wide circle of friends in their hours of need that makes his current situation worth helping. When a friend had to get rid of all her furniture and household possessions because of toxic mold, it was Fred stepped in to lend a hand.
Fred felt the inner stirring that was his call to the ministry, and his life brought him to Cleveland after living in the West for most of his life.
Then, nineteen years ago, Fred embraced fatherhood, and his daughter Lilly has received all that a single father could give. He has done what he could to generate extra income to provide for college expenses including delivering food for UberEATS.
His medical bills concerning his challenge with depression, the hospitalization, his mental health treatments and medications have far exceeded what Medicare reimburses which could mount, and as you might expect in these circumstances, his income has slipped. The total out-of-pocket expenses thus far are $3500.00and could be more in time.
A compassionate and caring man, Fred has served many people both professionally and personally and now he needs a hand from all of us who know and care for this loving man.
