Our friend and co-worker John Ornelas and Family

As some of you may have heard, John Ornelas has fallen ill with what doctors believe is viral meningitis or viral encephalitis. Both conditions are very serious inflammations of the brain or the lining of the brain caused by a virus.

John has already been in the hospital for close to a week and his hospital bills have been mounting. At this time, doctors do not have a good estimated timeline of when he will be discharged. In the best-case scenario, he will be in the hospital for a couple more weeks.

Although John does have insurance, he is on the 80/20 payment plan, meaning he is responsible for 20% of the cost of the treatment. This illness will affect not only his life physically but monetarily as well. We ask for anything that can help him start to get a hold of his financials as we try to keep his life as normal as possible.

Not only is John a loved member of the LINX family, but he is a son, a brother, a husband, and a father of four girls as well.
