Students and staff highly value Forest School at Outwoods Primary School. Due to its success, it's being extended to all year groups from Nursery to Year 6, promoting resilience, creativity, and respect for nature. However, current arrangements lack sufficient space and storage. Most concerning is the potential risk of causing lasting harm to the trees in the Forest School area.

We propose a budget of £4,000 for creating a covered fire pit area, a larger shed for storing school resources, and materials for a habitat wall, gate, and designated digging area. The existing tarp will be moved to the grassy area next to the forest school, eliminating the need for trees to support it.

Your generous donations are crucial for creating a sustainable Forest School environment at Outwoods Primary School. This initiative supports each child's growth, encouraging exploration, learning, and connection with nature.
