Our favourite Midwife and DAU Queen Liz Taylor is leaving

After years of dedication, compassion, and tireless service to expectant families, Liz Taylor is retiring from midwifery. Throughout her long career, first as a nurse and then midwife, Liz has helped bring hundreds of babies into the world, providing not just expert care, but also emotional support, guidance, and comfort to countless families during one of the most important moments of her live.

As a midwife, Liz has been a beacon of love, knowledge, and strength—often working long hours, enduring challenging circumstances, and showing up with an unwavering commitment to the well-being of both mother and child. Whether on DS, Level 6 or DAU Liz has made an indelible impact on the lives she has touched, always putting others first.

Now, as she's stepping into retirement, we want to celebrate her incredible career. We’re raising funds to show our appreciation and provide her with a retirement gift that reflects the impact she’s had on so many.
