Our favorite girl Kate needs our help

Hi, my name is Tara Mcgregor and I am a small local business owner and a longtime friend of Kate Voss. For those of you that know Kate, you are beyond blessed with one of the best humans on this planet.

Kate is a small business owner of Kate’s Downtown. The best coffee and food around. She’s everyone’s girl, you’re greeted with the best hugs and smiles every single time you step foot into her beautiful place. She’s family, everyone’s a part of her family no matter who you are, she makes you feel so loved.

Unfortunately Kate had to spend a week in the hospital because of emergency gallbladder surgery and gallstones that they still haven’t been able to remove, an infected mess. She was completely yellow when admitted, one of the scariest times of her life.

Kate had some long painful nights and being an hour away from family made it very hard and lonely but in true Kate fashion, she became quick friends with her roommate and bff’s with her nurses. She made more forever friends but this doesn’t surprise me nor should it you.

Kate is too prideful to ask for help but would give you her last dollar if you needed it. She never expects anything, is grateful for her beautiful life but these hospital bills will be financially catastrophic for her.

Our community loves Kate, and my hope is that you find a way to bless her so she can rest her mind of the scary financial burden. She will be facing another surgery in 4-6 weeks and yet again more hospital bills.

For those of you that know and love Kate like I do, my hope is that you find it in your heart to be able to help her during this scary time. She is already grateful for her supportive community but this would be a true gift to give to her, pay her back for all of the selfless things she does on a daily basis for all of us.
