Our father Nestor Potenciano, Jr., still young at 70 years old, suffered from a heart attack four weeks ago and two more since, which has left only 20% of his heart working. 

Unfortunately two of the major arteries connected to his heart  have broken down leaving him with only one functioning artery which, should it also break down, would be fatal. 

He is in urgent need of a triple bypass as there is no blood flowing to his heart and his third artery is close to breaking down as well. 

His operation is currently scheduled for the 17th of December, and we kindly and desperately seek assistance as the procedure plus medication will cost  AUD$30,000 (1,000,000 Philippine Pesos).
