Hello everyone,

My name is Julia & I’m starting this fundraiser in hopes of receiving a little bit of help. I’ve been in and out of the hospital atleast 20-30 times a year, since 2023. Unfortunately with all of my chronic autoimmune diseases; the doctors do not have a set reason as to why certain ailments happen. Every single bill is being paid by my wonderful Fiancé, but he can only do so much (we all know how expensive living in NY is; our rent alone is 3K with nothing included). My fiancé had gotten me a used VW & unfortunately 6 months later, it died & VW no longer made the part - so off to the junkyard it went. That left us with a Chevy Malibu & now unfortunately last week - that car died.

Neither one of us have great credit due to the past, but that is being worked on.

I have been out of work since before Thanksgiving & I still have a couple more months before I can apply for disability (something I never wanted, but my body needs now). If anyone can feel it in their heart to donate and share our story, it doesn’t so unrecognized or unappreciated.

every single cent raised will be used towards a new (to us) vehicle & any other bill we may be behind on.

I left my nursing career in 2023 to take care of my mom full time. Since then, she’s now moved into her own apartment and sold the home we were all living in. That being said / we had to find an apartment asap with 3 bedrooms and that would accept two amazing dogs. Well the ONLY one, is now costing us 3K a month in just rent alone with nothing included. I’ll be honest - I’ve tried to go back to work, but with my unknown stomach issue and insanely high BP - the hospital is where I spend most of my time. My fiancé is doing everything he can, but his job doesn’t offer OT. Also, with no vehicle, it’s been impossible for me to get to pertinent appointments.

So if anyone can feel it in their heart to donate or share, it doesn’t go unnoticed or under appreciated. I thank you from the bottom of my broken, extra beat, crazy heart.

Again, thank you to everyone who has donated and shared our story. I’m praying to the lord that we can continue receiving donations, in order to afford a vehicle. My fiancé, Nicholas has been borrowing his grandfathers car - just so he can work to support our household. It’s been two weeks and we can not borrow Poppy’s car forever, as he’s normally out and about everyday.
