Our Dearest Kolinka

On Saturday November 13th our beloved Kolinka passed away in a tragic accident.

There is not enough time to describe all that he had done and what he was to each of us, yet we all feel the deep, resounding impact he had on our lives. He was a son, a brother, a mentor, and above all a friend. Kolya inspired and nurtured all of us to pursue our best selves by bringing out the good in those around him yet never judging anyone for their shortcomings.

Not every person had the fortuity of meeting our Kolinka, but those of us who did will forever remember his warmth and kindness. He was the one who brought so many of us together, being the foundation of countless friendships.

Kolya was the type of man to pay it forward. His unremitting ambitiousness, inspiration, and genuineness never ceased to amaze and transform the lives of those around him. He was the initiator: the cause for action and love and growth.

The only limitations on Kolya were the boundaries of the world. We know he is cruising the heavens, top down - shirt off.

Kolinka’s passing is mourned by all of us, but most profoundly by his family. We send our deepest condolences to his mother Lada, father Pasha, sister Nadia, and hold them during their greatest time of need.

We hope to alleviate any more suffering by helping with the funeral.
