Dear friends and loved ones,

We find ourselves in a difficult position, one we've hesitated to approach for assistance until now. Our journey has been long and challenging, and we're reaching out because our family desperately needs help.

In October of last year, our father received the devastating diagnosis of liver disease. Witnessing his decline has been heart-wrenching, and we rallied together, despite being scattered between Wisconsin and Georgia, to be there for him. The expenses involving flights, medical bills, hospital stays, and Airbnb accommodations have taken a significant toll on our resources.

A few weeks ago, our father underwent a life-saving liver transplant, in Atlanta (over 5 hours from my parents home...where he's been since the surgery) giving us hope for his recovery. Regrettably, there have been VARIOUS complications since then. This week brought distressing news that his body is struggling to heal properly due to some of the post-surgery complications, which necessitated a liver biopsy on his new organ.

Throughout this traumatic journey, our mother has been an incredible caregiver, tirelessly dedicating herself to our father's well-being, supported by devoted family and friends. Yet, the toll this has taken on all of us is immeasurable.

We are reaching out during this challenging time for any help or support. Anything you are able to donate would be immensely appreciated as we strive to bring our father back to full health.
