Our Dad, Our hero Timmy Patterson

Donation protected
Hello my name is Danielle. I am Timmy's oldest daughter. This is a very difficult thing to do. The past few years my dad's health declined drastically. February of this year we found out he was in need of open heart surgery but his heart was only functioning 30-35% so he would not be able to undergo surgery. He was sent home from the hospital in hopes of starting cardiac rehabilitation to help him become stronger for surgery. Well March 7th, he was stripped of that opportunity. He called me and said he was not feeling well and I went over to check on him and ended up having to call 911. As we were getting him ready to be transported to the hospital he went into cardiac arrest. After 25 min without a pulse the greatest physician there is and ever will be, God, guided the wonderful EMS ladies and all the wonderful doctor(s), nurses, respiratory therapist and anyone who assisted as they worked on our daddy to give him another shot at life. As we watched the helicopter life flight our dad to Greenville it never crossed our minds that in just a few short days we would be faced with one of the hardest decisions we would ever have to make in our lifetime, is it time to say goodbye? We have exhausted all of our resources and have looked for any little sign that would give us hope that everything will be alright and our dad will recover only to find nothing after been giving false hope from the Dr. I do know the God we serve is the miracle worker an we have asked for his will to be done and we know with him all things are possible so we will keep that faith until dads last breath and if dad is called home we all have come to peace with it because we know we are Gods children and when he is ready for us, its time to go but we know its not goodbye forever, It's I will see you later on the other side of glory. For those of you who knew our dad he was a hard worker and he never met a stranger. With four girls you could only imagine what he went through with us. Even though he didn't have any boys he made us tough as nails and taught us to do things to never have to depend on anyone else. He molded me into the person I am today. Unfortunately, as hard as my dad worked to provide for us girls growing up he never could afford life insurance and he ended up getting too sick to be able to afford it and has no monies saved up to go towards his funeral expenses. We would like to give our dad the proper service and burial he wishes for and most importantly the service and burial he deserves. This is our final opportunity to show him the respect and dignity he deserves for all the sacrifices he had to make for us and himself. Your donations will go towards finding him a plot, his funeral service, burial and headstone. We would like to ask for family, friends, and our community to help us rally together to make this possible for daddy. No donation is to small and every bit of it will be greatly appreciated and know that those of you that are able to help, you will, and you will be so blessed just by helping us give our father the proper homecoming he deserves to go be with our dear lord and savior Jesus Christ. For those that can't help you will be blessed as well just know that your thoughts and prayers are just as much appreciated as that of a donation. Everyone that has called, text and visited, us girls and daddy appreciate it and thank each and every one of you for your support during this difficult time. We ask that you continue to pray for our family and friends. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Love you all God Bless!!
