Our Dad

With heavy hearts, we share that our father has passed away today, 03 July 2025.

We just found out that he did not have a funeral plan in place, and sadly, my mother and younger sisters in South Africa are not in a financial position to cover the funeral costs.

I’m currently in Australia, and though we are oceans apart, I’m doing everything I can to support them during this heartbreaking time.

We’re asking for your help — any contribution, big or small, will go directly towards:

✨ Giving our father the respectful farewell he deserves

✨ Supporting my 15-year-old sister’s school fees, uniforms, and basic needs if there is anything extra raised

My grandmother used to say:

"Even if your parents sit on a rubbish tip, they’re still your parents.”

Despite years of distance, I’m grateful we had time to forgive, say sorry, and let go before he passed.

This isn't easy to ask… but if you feel moved to help, know that your support will ease a burden no family should have to carry alone.
