Our Culture Is LLC Launch and Startup Cost
I am Shawna Pittman and I am the owner of Our Culture Is This company was started in honor of my late brother who passed away February 11th, 2021.
Lance Pittman Jr. was a decorated veteran of the United States Air Force who set his sights on building up our next generation starting with our inner cities. Our Culture Is is a women and minority owned multidimensional company, specializing in artist management and brand management services. I stepped into the management role about 10 years ago managing an artist who goes by SHACAI., then expanding my resume to brand management 5 years later. I now work bicoastal with a plethora of artist.
Some of the proceeds that go into OCI will be shifted to our after school program focusing on teaching brand management, financial literacy, as well as interview and resume etiquette.
Coming soon Never Settle Swimwear will be launching, dedicated to plus size and curvy individuals under the OCI umbrella as well.
