Hi, just encase you don’t know, Pamela Lewis, Pam or Pammy to her friends, has been on an epic trip, last Saturday to be precise. Due to her awesome effort in Manchester she was invited to the Hyrox World Championships in Chicago. This was one of those opportunities in life that she did not want to miss.

She completed this in obvious awesomeness.

As a fellow Roxer I wanted to help Pam out, with the cost, in a very small way and wondered if anyone else felt the same.

Pam hasn’t asked for anything as she is a very proud lady and I hope she doesn’t mind me putting this out there.

Pam has completed 5 Hyrox races, singles I may add. She will chat to anyone who is interested in Hyrox and gladly pass on her knowledge and experience.

It’s just kind of nice to give her something back in return.

I do have to apologise for not organising this beforehand, my bad.
