Left Costa Rica to Build A Space For Moms Now We Need a Car

Hi, I’m Dominique—a mama of two beautiful girls, Phoenix and Sevyn.

For the past few years, we’ve been living in Costa Rica.. We walked everywhere, rode our bike, and had very fixed expenses. It was peaceful, slow, and exactly what we needed as I healed.

But God gave me a bigger vision. One that led us back to the U.S. to open a school and create a safe, supportive space for other mothers and children. We recently moved to a brand new city to begin that next chapter… but life hit fast.

This week, our car broke down. It was a 1990 Honda Accord with 199,000 miles. We were caught in the cold rain ans I honestly wanted to cry. But I didn’t. I just prayed. Because somehow, God always makes a way.

I’m raising $8,500 to purchase a reliable vehicle that will allow me to safely get to meetings, school planning sessions, and handle daily life with my girls. This amount will cover the full cost of the car, registration, and tags—so I can move forward without the burden of a monthly car note.
